Hampshire and Surrey Hills Men's Choir is always ready to take on new members. It doesnt matter if you haven't sung since school days. If you just like the idea of joining a group of men who love singing and raising money for local good causes then we would be delighted to welcome you to try us out by coming along to a rehearsal.

for more information and to answer any questions you may have. If you let us know that you are coming then someone will meet you and introduce you to the MD and others in the choir. He will make sure you have any music sheets needed for that rehearsal and sit you in an ideal place for your voice and experience.
John, a recent new joiner to the choir, wrote this: "As someone new, I have been able to see the improvement, understanding and pleasure that comes from singing together. I was accepted into the choir with only the basics of music and singing. The musical directors have been top class, highly qualified professionals and with their prompting I have progressed. Before, I sang, but could not sing. They encouraged me to try and sight read, and although not great, I am on my way. The current MD has lifted the standard of the whole choir with precision, balance, and humour. When the voices do flow in empathy, a wondrous sound is produced!"
